STOCK PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Stock products are products that are not personalized in any way. An example would be a standard colored t-shirt with a standard print. They are items that could be turned around and sold to any other customer.
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear. All product returned should be in a re-sellable condition, unless the product is defective.
Stock Product Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a full refund.
To return or exchange your item, please call or txt 801-369-8460 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Once permission is granted. Return your item via USPS First Class Mail if under 14 oz.

Inlcude a note specifying the reason for the return or exchange and what you want done. (ex. you would like a refund or a different shirt size) Returns will be processed as quickly as possible.
Refunds often take a few days to appear on your credit card statement as the refund does not require authorization. If you feel there is a problem or your refund fails to appear, please contact us, we will gladly assist you.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Customized or Personalized products may be returned but will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling or incorrect sizes. Please be sure to double check your size and spelling before finalizing your order.
We do our best to work with our customers on the price to fix or replace errors on customized products.

We will gladly replace any defective product. Note: damage from normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Please contact us if you feel your product is defective. If you are asked to return the product, we will cover the cost of the return.
